Thank you for your interest in and support of Spirit Northwest!


A successful event requires community support, and we look forward to each year's opportunity to provide new connections and experiences to our attendees. Whether you attend in person or would like to take advantage of this one-a-year offering your ad will be shared with our mailing list.


We provide several levels of recognition to organizations, businesses, or individuals based on the amount of their contribution. Questions? Contact us.

Sponsorship Packages


Thank you for the opportunity to work together!


We will send a follow-up email asking for your images, artwork, and copy for our marketing materials.


All packages include

  • Image placement on the Spirit Northwest website with a link to your site/social media
  • Periodic placement in our email list.

Quartz: $100

  • Your name or image/website will be listed on the sponsor page of the website and event ticket page. 
  • Attendance at the Spirit Northwest is not required. This is a value-based way to promote your business, restaurant, or local services to conference members.

Wellness Room: $500 + $250 Raffle Basket (or retail package)

  • Your name or image/website will be listed on the sponsor page and in the Healing Room at the Embassy Suites. 
  • Attendance at the Spirit Northwest is not required. This is a value-based way to promote your business or local services to conference members.
  • $500 payment is required by Jan 1, 2027, and holds your space. If your space is not paid, the sponsorship will go to the next paid sponsor. The Raffle basket (with the equivalent of $250 in goods and/or services) must be delivered to SNR staff on April 22, 2027

Agate: $1,000

  • All Quartz benefits
  • At event promotion and signage
  • One conference ticket (non-transferable) is included
  • One Vendor Booth Space.

Garnet $2,500

  • All Agate benefits
  • A small logo was placed on all Spirit NW event flyers and promotional material. 
  • Two conference tickets (non-transferable) are included.
  • Premier placement on the website.

Opal $5,000

  • All Garnet benefits
  • A small logo was placed on all Spirit NW event flyers and promotional material. 
  • Two conference tickets (non-transferable) are included.
  • One Conference Suite included w/ room attached
  • Placement on the Sched app and website.

Jade $10,000 - Only one Jade Sponsorship Package

  • All Opal Benefits
  • Three conference tickets (non-transferable) are included.
  • One Conference Suite included w/ room attached
  • Top Placement on the Sched app and website

Party Suite Package $2,000

  • Please read carefully
  • Promote your conference event and place it in the event schedule.
  • Only event attendees may purchase the package
  • Each suite has a lofted sleeping area. Suite reservation is included.
  • Conference membership is not included.
  • Food/Beverage: Because these are guestrooms and not meeting space, you are welcome to provide your own food and beverage items.
  • Please note these items cannot be brought into the meeting space and must be consumed within the suite.
