Hello and welcome!
We are delighted that you will be presenting at Spirit Northwest 2027 and helping us continue to build this incredible community. To confirm your presentation, please read and complete the form below by December 1, 2026.
General information:
Attending the conference: In exchange for presenting, all presenters will receive complimentary access to the full conference. No need to register separately–the form below will serve as your registration.
When and where: Spirit Northwest 2027 will take place April 22-25, 2027 at the Embassy Suites Downtown - 319 SW Pine Street, Portland, OR, 97204.
Lodging: Embassy Suites has a special rate for Spirit Northwest. These rooms are large suites (Easily sleeping four) and include a complimentary hot breakfast. Reserve your room

Workshop presenters will receive a complimentary badge to attend the conference.
Technical needs: We will provide projectors for presenters who have requested them. These projectors have HDMI cables. Please bring any special equipment necessary for your workshop. This includes laptops, audio and video cables, speakers, and extension cords. If you require a special adaptor to connect from your device to an HDMI input, please bring that with you. Spirit Northwest will not supply adaptors, powered speakers, or microphones, nor will we have extension cords available.
Hotel policy: The hotel prohibits the use of flames and incense. Presenters will not use any flame or incense during their presentations.
Access to your presentation: All presentations must be open to all conference ticket-holders. Presentations and the ensuing discussions must be open and welcoming to all registered attendees. We will not accept proposals that restrict attendance based on race, ethnicity, gender, sex, spiritual tradition, or other aspects of identity.
If attendees request ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation, Spirit Northwest may provide it for your workshop. You will be notified in advance if an ASL interpreter will be present during your presentation.
Schedule Policy: All presenters agree to be in their assigned presentation space 10 minutes before their presentation begins and to start at their assigned start time. Presenters agree to end their presentation at their assigned conclusion time and vacate their space within 10 minutes of the presentation’s conclusion.
Failure to comply with the above terms may result in Spirit Northwest denying future applications from the presenter.
