Spirit Northwest is committed to offering a diverse selection of high-quality presentations on Paganism, Witchcraft, or Magickal Living. April 23 - 26 in Portland OR

We’re offering expanded time slots of 90 or 120 minutes, giving you the space to dive into your subject with richness and depth. Whether you’re showcasing hands-on rituals, incorporating movement, or guiding interactive exercises,

Spirit Northwest invites you to bring your witchy wisdom to life in our immersive workshop sessions! Workshops are the heartbeat of the event, where presenters and participants can connect deeply, explore transformative topics, and create shared experiences.

No flames or incense, please.

Please submit one application for each presentation you would like to present. Notifications to presenters will go out by Feb 1, 2026.

The following descriptions are samples of what a workshop description might look like, but are not limited to these topics. We are looking for a variety of workshop topics and look forward to hearing from you!

The Alchemy of Everyday Living
Explore how alchemical principles can be applied to daily life, turning mundane routines into sacred rituals. Include practical demonstrations, journaling prompts, and group discussions.

Plant Allies and Potion Making
Combine herbal lore with practical potion crafting, teaching participants how to create oils, elixirs, or brews that align with their spiritual goals. Include a live demonstration and take-home recipes.

The Tarot Beyond Divination
Guide participants in exploring tarot as a tool for self-reflection, creative inspiration, and spellwork. Include exercises for journaling and collaborative card readings.

Magickal Movement: Dancing with the Elements
Teach attendees to embody elemental energies through dance and movement, culminating in a choreographed group ritual to invoke balance and harmony.

Please note

Please bring any special equipment necessary for your workshop. This includes laptops, audio and video cables, speakers, extension cords, etc. Projectors with HDMI cables will be on site. If you require a special adaptor to connect from your device to an HDMI input, please bring that with you. Spirit Northwest will not supply powered speakers or microphones, nor will we have extension cords available.
